Senior designer is a Brand Design holder in regions (specifically SA). Responsible for overall quality rate raise and brand perception in terms of design within the SA region. Conveys creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence within the SA region. Responsible for the level of brand consistency for his region and expands creative approaches

Responsibilities
  • Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of SA region design work
  • Control quality and raise its rate within the region
  • Identify best practices and scale them
  • Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead on their implementation of global guidelines
  • Developing a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials
  • Building a brand image through visual communications within the region
  • Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region
  • Developing master layouts for online and offline marketing activities
  • Interaction with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projects
  • Identifies issues and points of growth providing solutions
Qualifications
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed;
  • A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant.
  • Successful completion (within inDrive) of a test task;
  • Owning design course certificates is a plus;
  • Work experience in design studios/advertising agencies / global companies as a senior/principal designer for 3+ years
