We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX for mobile applications and websites to join our team on a weekend basis. What You'll Do:

As our Weekend UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mobile App UI/UX Design: Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our cutting-edge mobile applications (Android & iOS), ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.
• Website Design: Create compelling and responsive UI/UX designs for our websites, aligning with brand guidelines and ensuring an optimal user journey.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Visual Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide range of graphic assets, including icons, illustrations, banners, and marketing materials as needed.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual language.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers (MERN stack), and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant design solutions.
• User-Centered Approach: Apply user-centered design principles, incorporating user research and feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a skilled designer with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for mobile applications and websites is a must.
• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design with a significant focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
• Experience: 2-3 Years
• Tools Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Figma (preferred) , Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• UI/UX Principles: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Mobile-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to design responsive interfaces optimized for various screen sizes, particularly mobile.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your time effectively and deliver high-quality work independently within the given weekend schedule.
