We're seeking a motivated E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist passionate about helping people and supporting sales efforts to maximize customer satisfaction. If you're ready to grow with a dynamic, remote team, we'd love to have you onboard

What You'll Do
  • Customer Assistance: Provide friendly support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Product Recommendations: Help customers make confident shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge.
  • Order Management: Monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Sales Support: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue and improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Insights: Record customer interactions and feedback to inform internal improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and customer trends with the team to optimize support processes.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
