Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing and scheduling.
  • Monitor and optimize deliverability, open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Create and manage automated workflows, drip campaigns and trigger-based emails.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Handover qualified leads generated via campaigns to the sales team for follow-up.
Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Salesforce).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in email campaign analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of deliverability factors, list hygiene and segmentation best practices.
  • Creative approach with attention to detail and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
