Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build rapport with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
  2. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive selling and closing techniques.
  3. Foster lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  4. Work closely with the Mosafir's Sales Team to ensure smooth sales processes and a cohesive customer experience.
  5. Educate customers about Mosafir's travel solutions, exclusive deals, and value-added services.
  6. Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
  7. Conduct live demos to showcase product benefits and drive purchase decisions.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role, in the travel and tourism industry.
  2. Knowledge & experience in sales of airline tickets, visa services, umrah packages & booking portals.
  3. Track record of meeting sales targets in a retail or customer-facing role.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
