
Remote Sales Representative

As a Remote Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to prospect and cold call potential clients to book meetings for our sales team. You will be engaging with leads, introducing our products/services, and scheduling appointments for further discussions. This role focuses on generating leads and setting up opportunities for our sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects within assigned territories.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
- Introduce our products/services and articulate their value proposition effectively.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage prospects over the phone and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts from 6pm to 3am PK time.
