This role demands precision, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple financial functions efficiently.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of cash flow management, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and the full cycle of sales and purchase processes and Accounts.

  • Cash Flow & Bank Management:
  • Monitor daily cash inflows/outflows and Bank Reconciliation
  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare financial reports on weekly monthly and quarterly basis
  • Forecasting and Monitoring of expenses and revenues.
  • Complete month end Closing entries
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Consolidate Financial Data
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns to FTA UAE for all entities.
  • Ensure accuracy of VAT payable amounts and compliance with UAE VAT laws.
  • Verify VAT inclusion on all UAE invoices to avoid penalties.
  • Verification and reconciliation of Data on ERP
  • Verify and maintain clean and up to date financial records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance procedures.
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a strong plus.

Full-Time: 10am to 7pm Pakistan Time
