Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax regulations. Experience withQuickBooks Onlineis essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording journal entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and employee reimbursements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws (e.g., sales tax, withholding tax, income tax)
  • Maintain and organize financial records for audit and review
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required
  • Support payroll processing and related compliance matters

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA Inter/ICMA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 2 to 3 yearsof relevant accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Familiarity withPakistani tax regulations and compliance
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
