About Telenor Shared Services Pakistan

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan delivers transactional business services in Finance & Accounting and IT. Along with Telenor GSS Norway, it provides efficient business support to Telenor employees to facilitate their work.

Position Related

This role supports the Cash Management process for various geographies and subprocesses, including recording bank bookings in the General Ledger, bank reconciliations, stakeholder management, participation in ongoing projects, and reporting on service delivery to business units. The role also ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements and executes daily routines.

Goals:

  • Ensure compliance with bank reconciliation routines.
  • Drive process standardization across the Group.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procedures.
  • Adhere to SLAs & KPIs and manage relationships with stakeholders such as other TSS teams and financial controllers.

Your typical day at work:

  • Bank reconciliation of multiple Telenor business units.
  • Review and process transactions according to SOPs in Cash Management.
  • Follow up on open items with relevant teams.
  • Perform month-end closing as per deadlines.
  • Handle stakeholder queries.
  • Report on overall process performance to line management.
  • Maintain documentation and update SOPs.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified ACCA, CA finalist, ICMA, or holding a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting with at least 4 years of experience in reputable organizations, shared services, or MNCs, especially in Order to Cash functions.

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to accept challenges and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
  • Good time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Team bonding and adaptability skills.
