Job Description:

  • Collaborate with department heads and experts to design tailored training programs for diverse teams.
  • Develop engaging training content including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives.
  • Conduct impactful in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Identify skill gaps, create targeted interventions, and enhance employee competencies.
  • Lead structured onboarding for new hires, introducing them to culture, processes, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance gaps and design improvement plans.
  • Manage the learning management system, tracking progress and generating reports.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for innovative and effective training.
  • Gather participant feedback, evaluate effectiveness, and refine training approaches.

Job Specification & Qualification:

  • Contractual for 3 months
  • Rotational shifts
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support trainings
  • Strong intellectual skills & communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Leadership skills, able to work without supervision
  • Project management & strategic management skills
  • Time management
