E-Commerce Project Manager/ Scrum Master

TOlindo Deliveries is seeking an efficient Project Manager with extensive experience in launching and branding E-commerce apps and Transportation businesses. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the entire e-commerce process, from development to doorstep delivery solutions, and possess strong IT development skills. They will lead the Marketing Department, IT Development Department, and Dispatch Team to enhance the delivery process, guiding teams to achieve goals and demonstrating sharp sales acumen when dealing with CEOs and corporate accounts. Experience in the US and Canadian markets is mandatory.

Responsibilities for E-commerce Project Manager:
  1. Launching and branding an E-commerce app and Transportation company.
  2. Developing a dedicated e-commerce strategy aligned with sales objectives.
  3. Managing and coordinating the sales team, including responsibility for corporate accounts.
  4. Identifying new market opportunities and proposing innovative sales strategies.
  5. Utilizing social media, SEO, paid advertising, partnerships, and email marketing to increase merchant onboarding and app downloads.
  6. Ensuring team understanding of project goals and scope.
  7. Keeping stakeholders updated on project progress.
  8. Guiding teams to meet goals with a focus on sales and corporate account management.
Responsibilities for IT Development Team:
  1. Coaching the development team in self-organization.
  2. Removing obstacles to progress.
  3. Promoting the adoption of Scrum methodology.
  4. Updating stakeholders on project status.
  5. Facilitating the transition to a Scrum framework.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and Transportation industries.
  • 3-5 years managing software projects within an eCommerce context.
  • Educational background in Software Engineering, IT, CS, etc., with experience in eCommerce organizations. Exposure to US or Canadian markets is essential.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Proactive in improving project velocity and code reliability.
  • Strong strategic and operational understanding related to technical consulting and project delivery.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $120K-$150K, depending on skill set.
