Market Analyst (Telecom)

Technology Innovators is a Technology - Business Convergence Company. We are seeking a highly motivated Market Analyst with a strong background in telecom market research and analysis, to support our growth in the international telecom ecosystem. This role is key to driving actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across our commercial, marketing, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex telecom domains—including A2P SMS monetisation, Revenue Assurance, CPaaS, AI-powered Data Analytics, Ad-Tech, Flash Call, International Traffic Wholesale, AIT, OTT/RCS—and delivering high-quality insights that influence business growth and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all market research and analysis activities across international telecom markets.
• Map and manage contacts for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas within the Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
• Curate, maintain, and update a comprehensive market intelligence database.
• Set-up, measurement and monitoring of Brand Awareness for the ReveNet brand, with quarterly reporting.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by enriching Salesforce with relevant market and persona data.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support senior management and strategic planning.
• Identify research-driven strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Develop high-quality reports and presentations incorporating both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Generate quarterly regional intelligence reports aligned with SOM, integrating internal Salesforce insights and external market data.
• Track and analyze competitor movements, market trends, regulatory updates, and new opportunities in the ecosystem.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on synthesized market intelligence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Post-Graduation 2–3 years of hands-on experience in market research, business intelligence, or analysis, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Solid understanding of international telecom ecosystem stakeholders: MNOs, Regulators, GSMA, vendors, system integrators, and media.
• Proven ability to conduct secondary and primary research using industry databases, analyst reports (e.g., GSMA, Juniper Research, ROCCO, Mobilesquared), and public/private sources.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques for data mining, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially for ABM data handling and reporting.
• Strong ability to convert complex data into clear, insightful dashboards, visualizations, and written reports.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail with strong technical writing and business communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of telecom trends, including RCS/OTT, flash calling, AI-driven analytics, and A2P monetization strategies.
• Understanding of global telecom regulations and commercial models.
