Arrivy is looking for a highly skilled and strategically minded"Creative Manager"to lead the visual direction of our brand across digital platforms in Lahore. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the heart ofmarketing, working closely with content, product, and leadership to develop impactful visual communication for a growing SaaS company. From shaping ourbrand identityto designinghigh-converting landing pagesand overseeing thevisual layer of content marketing, this role will play a critical part in how customers perceive and interact with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve thevisual identity of the brandacross all customer-facing channels - web, social, campaigns, and in-product experiences
  • Design and developmarketing collateral, including digital ads, email campaigns, social graphics, pitch decks, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to designUI/UX elementsthat support a consistent and engaging user journey
  • Design and maintainwebsite landing pagesoptimized for performance and brand consistency
  • Support thecontent marketing strategyby creating visuals for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
  • Create or guide production ofillustrations, iconography, and motion graphicsto elevate storytelling across mediums
  • Ensurebrand consistencyin all creative outputs, and continuously raise the bar on design quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experiencein a design or creative role, preferably within aSaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding ofvisual communication, marketing design principles, and user-centered design
  • Proficiency inFigma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
  • Demonstrated experience in creatingbrand assets, UI/UX designs, and digital marketing creatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SaaS customer journeys and how visual design supportsmarketing performance and engagement
