Job Responsibilities
  1. Develops junior members of the creative team
  2. Drives creativity and innovation for the agency
  3. Leads internal creative competitions
  4. Actively leads internal creative team ensuring new ideas, designs, concepts are presented by the team to the team / Agency
  5. Ensures that work is delivered to scope, time and budget
  6. Assists in allocation of creative resources
  7. Specifically, leads and directs across disciplines, the development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies
  8. Develops and signs-off on all creative estimates and ensures high quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables
  9. Develops and executes account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals set by the engagement lead
  10. Coordinates with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects
  11. Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members' project work
  12. Facilitates and orchestrates contact between account creative team and client
  13. Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
  14. Manages, prepares and presents new business development and project presentations
  15. Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow
Job Specification
  1. Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
  2. Expert in graphic design
  3. Strong comprehension of information architecture and editorial disciplines and methodologies
  4. Mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification and interactive design
  5. Successful experiences working with and selling to clients
  6. Ability to direct creative teams including information architects, designers, and writers
  7. Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
  8. Demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure
