We're Hiring: Game Producer at Creative Distrix

Do you love turning ideas into games the world plays? We're looking for a Game Producer who's ready to lead the full game development journey — from concept to launch to global success.

As a Game Producer at Creative Distrix, you'll drive production across creative, dev, design, UA, and live ops teams. Your mission? Deliver high-quality, data-driven games that grow fast and retain players.

What You'll Do
  • Lead game dev from idea to launch — own pre-prod, production, and live ops
  • Manage teams & timelines, ensuring builds ship on schedule
  • Track KPIs to improve retention, engagement & monetization
  • Collaborate with UA to optimize creatives and scale hits
  • Turn prototypes into global games players love
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in game production or project management
  • Strong grasp of agile pipelines & production tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile game metrics (CPI, D1, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
  • A leader who thrives in creative and fast-paced environments
