Order Bookers For FMCG - Karachi Market (PET Mineral Water Bottles)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Order Booking: Efficiently manage and book orders for our 6 liters PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients, and promote our product in the local market.
  2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize effective sales approaches.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order booking and upselling strategies.
  5. Manage & Supervise timely Payment Collection: Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company policies.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management team.
  7. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 03 years of experience as an Order Booker in the FMCG industry, preferably in the bottled water sector.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with the local market and existing networks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Must have his own bike.

Salary: Market-based + Commission

  3. Familiarity with order tracking and management systems.

  1. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high levels of service.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Target Achievement:

  1. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Goal-oriented approach to achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  3. Ability to devise and execute strategies for achieving sales goals.

Payment Collection:

  1. Skill in collecting payments from clients according to company policies.
  2. Attention to detail in tracking outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
  3. Integrity in financial transactions and adherence to company guidelines.

Time Management:

  1. Efficiently plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
  2. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, especially during peak demand periods.
  3. Effective time management to cover a designated sales territory.

Driving Skills:

  1. Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving.
  2. Ability to navigate the designated sales territory efficiently.
  3. Maintain a reliable vehicle for daily sales activities.
