Job Advertisement: Order Booker Karachi City (PET Mineral Water Bottle) Sales)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Booking: Efficiently manage and book orders for our 6 liters PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients, and promote our product in the local market.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize effective sales approaches.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order booking and upselling strategies.
- Manage & Supervise timely Payment Collection: Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 03 years of experience as an Order Booker in the FMCG industry, preferably in the bottled water sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local market and existing networks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Must have his own bike.
Salary: Market-based + Commission

- Ability to devise and execute strategies for achieving sales goals.
Payment Collection:
- Skill in collecting payments from clients according to company policies.
- Attention to detail in tracking outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
- Integrity in financial transactions and adherence to company guidelines.
Time Management:
- Efficiently plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, especially during peak demand periods.
- Effective time management to cover a designated sales territory.
Driving Skills:
- Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving.
- Ability to navigate the designated sales territory efficiently.
- Maintain a reliable vehicle for daily sales activities.
