Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Order Booking: Efficiently manage and book orders for our 6 liters PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients, and promote our product in the local market.
  2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize effective sales approaches.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order booking and upselling strategies.
  5. Manage & Supervise timely Payment Collection: Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company policies.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management team.
  7. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 03 years of experience as an Order Booker in the FMCG industry, preferably in the bottled water sector.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with the local market and existing networks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Must have his own bike.

Salary: Market-based + Commission

Payment Collection:

  1. Skill in collecting payments from clients according to company policies.

Time Management:

  1. Efficiently plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
  2. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, especially during peak demand periods.

  1. Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving.
