Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Office check-in/check-out and field visits)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and reliable Field Sales Executives (Order Bookers) to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in order booking for FMCG products, especially in categories such as detergent, liquid soap, bar soap, dishwashing products, and other home/personal care items. This is a field-based role requiring daily market visits to wholesale and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily visits to assigned retail and wholesale shops in the designated area.
  • Take and record product orders from retailers.
  • Ensure visibility of products and execute stock rotation where required.
  • Report and support in the placement of POS (Point-of-Sale) materials.
  • Collect and relay market feedback, including competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with the deliverymen to assist with order delivery and payment collection.
  • Submit daily reports on outlet coverage, orders, and field performance.
  • Actively sell new brands in a competitive market environment.
  • Uphold integrity and professionalism while working with trade partners.
  • Ensure all company policies, guidelines, and performance metrics are followed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Matriculation (Intermediate or Bachelor's preferred)
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in FMCG order booking
  • Field Readiness: Must know local areas, routes, and markets well
  • Must have a smartphone (for communication and reporting) and own motorbike
  • Strong trade relations and PR within the assigned area
  • Capable of selling new brands in competitive market conditions
  • Should have no outstanding liabilities or credit issues in the market
  • Punctual, hardworking, and with a clean and trustworthy background
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Must be able to perform a 1-week trial assessment in the market
  • Subject to a 3-month probationary period

Performance will be strictly monitored, and all duties must be fulfilled within assigned working hours. No overtime compensation will be provided for extended hours due to market conditions
