As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be accountable for the quality of the product and oversee all aspects of software and product testing by developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases within the company. This may include developing test strategies, the creation of test procedures, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports to ensure the successful deployment of company products.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • A sharp mind and exceptional analytical and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in QA processes and basic understanding of testing tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage system requirements including technical and business requirements
  • A passion for learning new technologies and skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and developers to resolve application issues

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
