As a Business Development Executive at Insteva, your job will be to contact potential customers, explain how we can help them, and build long-term business relationships. You will work mainly with Local & international clients, so strong English skills and confidence in communication are important.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact potential clients through calls and emails to introduce our services (Web & Digital Marketing).

Call leads, present our company profile, understand client needs, and close deals

Set up high-quality meetings and follow up with leads

Build relationships with decision-makers in target companies

Answer client questions and provide excellent international customer support

Stay updated on industry trends and global sales practices

Identify new business opportunities through research and networking

Develop strategies to meet sales targets and grow our client base

Maintain records using Microsoft Office and CRM software

Prepare and deliver simple, clear presentations to potential clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong English skills (speaking and writing)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related subject

O/A Levels background preferred but not compulsory

Positive attitude and never gives up easily

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Motivated by goals and international sales targets

Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

2–3 years of experience in similar role

Shift Timing: 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM (Evening Shift)

Work Type: On-site - Faisalabad, Pakistan
