Your Role:As aBusiness Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identifying and engaging potential clients globally viaFiverr, UpWork, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Sales & Conversion:Pitching our services, negotiating deals, and closing contracts with international clients.
- Revenue Growth:Driving new business by leveraging freelancing platforms and outbound strategies.
- Performance-Driven Results:Your earnings will be tied to your success—commission on thefirst billable revenue from each clientyou bring in.
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in digital marketing or agency services.
- Strong understanding of Fiverr, UpWork, LinkedIn, and email outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills(fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus).
- Self-starter attitude—you thrive in a target-driven, commission-based role.
- Ability to work independentlywhile collaborating with marketing and delivery teams.
- Uncapped commission– The more clients you bring, the more you earn.
