Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling and initiate outbound sales activities to potential clients in the United States.
  • Design and execute email campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically with cold calling prospects (experience in selling recruitment services is a plus).
  • Strong background in cold calling and email campaign management with a track record of successful lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Experience working in the EST timezone is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of hiring processes in various sectors.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and drive business growth.
