We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to lead our recruitment and onboarding processes in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing employee documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, from job posting to final selection
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and offer letters
  • Design and execute onboarding plans, including induction sessions and orientation materials
  • Maintain accurate records of all HR documentation and employee files
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align hiring strategies
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and compliance
  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HR software knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Highly organized and able to multitask under deadlines
  • Based in or willing to work in Karachi
