  1. Compile all messages related to flight and take appropriate actions when necessary.
  2. Coordinate with various parties for loads and load build-up.
  3. Perform load planning in accordance with all safety regulations and airline policies.
  4. Check aircraft data, weights, and trim limits.
  5. Brief and issue loading instructions to loading supervisors.
  6. Obtain estimated or final fuel figures from crew or operations staff.
  7. Check or obtain final loading instructions or reports from loading supervisors and update load sheets as needed.
  8. Verify for any variations before submitting the load sheet to the pilot-in-command for approval.
  9. Dispatch all required operational messages timely.
  10. Maintain aircraft weight and balance data, forms, and manuals.
  11. Close and file flight reports with all necessary documents and telexes.
  12. Perform aircraft documentation duties when required.
  13. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
  14. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with credits in English and Math.
  • Relevant work experience in an airline or related industry.
  • Experience in load planning is advantageous.
