Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experiencedDigital Marketing Lead/Managerat our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and remarketing.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager for tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier.
  • Advanced skills in A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI-driven strategies and cost optimization.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and manage digital marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in running eCommerce campaigns using Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, including product ads and cart abandonment strategies.
  • Familiar with website platforms such as WordPress and Webflow, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experienced in using productivity and collaboration tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Open to performing additional tasks assigned by management and adapting to dynamic business needs.
Education/Qualification:

Graduation in Marketing, IT or any relevant field with 5-10 years experience including 2 year solid experience in leading the digital marketing team
