Arrow Truckers is a growing U.S.-based truck dispatching company with operations in Pakistan. We specialize in Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Hotshots, and Box Trucks, helping carriers across the U.S. run smoother, smarter, and more profitably.

We're looking for a professional truck dispatcher with proven experience in the U.S. freight market to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book profitable loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
  • Negotiate rates with brokers and maintain strong relationships
  • Plan and manage routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) and availability
  • Handle communication with drivers and brokers professionally
  • Maintain daily dispatch logs and paperwork
  • Coordinate with accounting for paperwork and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (U.S. market)
  • Strong knowledge of load boards, lanes, and rate negotiation
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure during peak hours
  • Familiarity with dispatch tools, Google Sheets, and CRMs
  • Night shift availability is mandatory
