JOB POSITION: MANAGER, BRANCH OPERATIONS
JOB LOCATION: LAHORE PAKISTAN

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and analyze business opportunities, risks, and constraints.
  2. Develop functional plans aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
  3. Engage stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with logistics requirements.
  4. Drive the Vendor Logistics Program (VLP) to grow revenue and customer base.
  5. Develop and manage processes and KPIs to optimize operational and financial performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  7. Ensure teams have the competencies, capabilities, and tools to achieve business goals.
  8. Implement performance management, talent development, and succession planning strategies.
  9. Develop and manage the annual budget to achieve financial objectives.
  10. Optimize costs and investments while maintaining service excellence.
  11. Ensure adherence to financial policies and drive revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  12. Report budget variances while managing headcount allocation effectively.

Qualifications Experience:

  1. 14-15 years in the logistics industry with proven expertise in managing large accounts and engaging stakeholders.
  2. Strong understanding of carrier, forwarder, CFS, documentation, and international supply chain processes.
  3. In-depth knowledge of local regulations, regional practices, and cultural considerations.
  4. Over 8 years of experience in planning and managing resources to achieve organizational objectives.
