Overview

We are looking for a Assistant Branch Manager to join our team and take charge of enhancing sales productivity, optimizing customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the regional team, aligning with business goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to boost sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare insightful reports to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain for timely product delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies for various territories.
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Provide support to store managers and assess store and employee performance.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales for the region.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Guide cross-selling initiatives and review sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI, KPIs).
  • Using Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of store operations.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and readiness to travel.
  • Intermediate OR Bsc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
