Operational Management

Assist the Branch Supervisor in overseeing branch operations, including product handling, stock management, and customer service.

Ensure the branch operates efficiently by addressing operational challenges promptly.

Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of facilities and equipment.

Team Coordination

Support in supervising, training, and mentoring staff to improve their performance.

Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours.

Act as a point of contact for employees in the absence of the Branch Supervisor.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure customers receive high-quality service and address their concerns promptly.

Assist in implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Promote the organization's products and provide customers with detailed product information.

Inventory Management

Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating inventory replenishment.

Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Branch Supervisor.

Minimize product waste by ensuring proper stock rotation and storage.

Compliance and Reporting

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout the branch.

Prepare basic operational reports, including sales, stock, and staff performance summaries.

Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Financial Support

Assist in cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.

Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective measures to the Branch Supervisor.

Any other responsibilities provided by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
