Responsibilities
  • Ensure that academic departments are aligned with HEC quality standards and university policies.
  • Coordinate internal quality assurance activities and provide follow-up on action plans.
  • Maintain documentation and track progress of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Support in Program Reviews, Course Files Reviews, and Academic Audit processes.
  • Ensure timely data collection and documentation required for institutional accreditation.
  • Manage and update QEC databases and document repositories.
  • Coordinate faculty, student, alumni, and employer feedback surveys across departments.
  • Ensure data integrity, timely collection, and analysis of survey responses.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to assist in decision-making and performance reviews.
  • Support the planning and execution of QEC workshops, trainings, and awareness sessions.
  • Assist in promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and academic excellence.
  • Provide orientation to faculty and staff regarding QEC policies and tools.
