Job Title: Quality Enhancement Coordinator
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Enhancement Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring that academic departments align with quality standards and university policies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Align academic departments with HEC quality standards and university policies
  • Coordinate internal quality assurance activities and provide follow-up on action plans
  • Maintain documentation and track progress of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)
  • Support program reviews, course files reviews, and academic audits
  • Ensure timely data collection and documentation for institutional accreditation
  • Manage QEC databases and document repositories
  • Coordinate faculty, student, alumni, and employer feedback surveys across departments
  • Ensure data integrity, timely collection, and analysis of survey responses
  • Prepare reports and summaries to assist decision-making and performance reviews
  • Support the planning and execution of QEC workshops, trainings, and awareness sessions
  • Assist in promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and academic excellence
