Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and growth-focused LinkedIn Growth & Profile Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our LinkedIn presence. This role involves managing our company page and the personal profiles of key team members, with a strong emphasis on professional content creation, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence.
- Create a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Craft and post high-impact content, including text, image, and article-based posts.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously refine strategies.
- Conduct profile audits and optimizations for improved visibility and professionalism.
- Engage with industry leaders, influencers, and groups to boost organic reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight achievements, case studies, and updates.
- Stay current with LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
- Use tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule posts and track performance.
- Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn business pages and professional profiles.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for professional and B2B audiences.
- Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, branding, and lead generation tactics.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Ability to work on-site with a team and contribute proactively to growth plans.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, or personal branding roles.
- Previous work in healthcare, wellness, or tech startups is a plus.
