We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executiveto join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Project Location(s): Pakistan

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
