Job Description: Sales Executive - Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling Toyota vehicles.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
4. Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Stay updated on new and existing Toyota vehicle models and features.

Job Specification

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
4. Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with Toyota vehicles is a plus.
