Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client accounts with a focus on communication, value addition, and retention.
  2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  3. Oversee key services such as PPC, SEO, design, logistics, payments, catalog management, and issue resolution.
  4. Delegate tasks effectively to team members and international partners.
  5. Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with direct reports.
  6. Communicate account strategies and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  7. Lead a small team of specialists to assist in providing services to clients.
  8. Identify and implement opportunities for sales growth and improved client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in the Amazon ecosystem, preferably in a reseller or agency setting.
  2. Degree in marketing or a related field.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Client-facing experience with a track record of delegating tasks and achieving results.
  5. Professional workspace with a clear camera and reliable audio equipment.
