We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
  • Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance.
  • Perform market research to help identify trends and new product opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance and assist in improving conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools (inventory management, FBA, PPC, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of keyword research and product listing optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer service issues.
