E-commerce Corporate is a performance-driven Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale to 8 figures and beyond. We're expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join us full-time in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone with deep Amazon expertise who can manage accounts from end to end with ownership and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis:
- Product research, competitor benchmarking, and market segmentation
- Customer voice insights and product development research
- Applying and managing Coupons, Best Deals, Lightning Deals, and Prime Exclusive Discounts
- Pricing optimization for increased sales and profitability
- Listing creation for parent/child ASINs and variation management
- Uploading listing images, videos, A+ content, and Premium A+ content
- Competitor analysis, A/B testing, and SEO copywriting using Helium-10, Data Dive
- Resolving color-size variation issues, suppressions, and listing errors
- Managing flat files and Category Listing Reports
- Daily tracking of sales data and inventory
- Creating replenishment plans and managing FBA shipments
- FBM to FBA conversions, demand forecasting, and restock planning
- Live tracking of sell-through and depleting inventory
- Resolving catalog, FBA fee, variation, suppression, and IP-related issues
- Communicating with Amazon support via cases, emails, and calls
- Ensuring excellent account health and issue resolution
- Development and analysis of Brand Analytics
- Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
- Organic & Sponsored Sales
- Inventory movement and status
- Overall performance metrics
- Working with the design team to plan and finalize visuals for listings and A+ content
- Providing direction for Brand Stories, storefronts, and listing image strategies
- Researching competitors and stock assets to support design execution
- Developing strategies for improved product ranking, profitability, and brand visibility
- Creating plans to drive external traffic and long-term brand growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Amazon account management experience
- Strong knowledge of Seller Central tools, flat files, SEO content, and inventory workflows
- Familiarity with Helium-10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, Captain Amz and related tools
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
