INSPIRATIONS (PVT) LTD is a renowned name in Woodworking/Interior Designing in Karachi. We need 2 sales executives in our sales department.

Responsibilities
  1. Can have experience to deal with walk-in customers as well as field sales.
  2. Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  3. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  4. Call appropriately within your market and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and improving your network.
  5. Close deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  6. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  7. Plan approaches and pitches.
  8. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Must have good communication skills and a charming personality.
  2. Have a proven track record of sales in the construction industry.
  3. Have a strong network of contacts to develop new business opportunities and establish business relationships with architects, developers, and construction groups.
  4. Have a great understanding of woodworking products and interior designing.
  5. Must know how to measure the area/space.
  6. Able to handle all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  7. Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
  8. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
  9. Good in handling international clients and international businesses.
  10. Must have sales closing skills.

Good incentives/commissions and basic salary as per company policy.
