Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Solar Sales to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role will play a pivotal part in advancing our mission by driving sales of solar energy products, securing new residential and commercial clients, and leading a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in solar energy and sales to meet mandatory monthly and quarterly sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Actively prospect and secure new solar sales for residential and commercial clients, driving business growth.


• Achieve mandatory monthly and quarterly sales targets to meet company objectives.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and exceed sales goals.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence.


• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of solar solutions.


• Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications Required:


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of securing residential and commercial clients.


• Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management, with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets.


• Strong skills in developing sales strategies and conducting market research.


• Proven team management and leadership abilities, with experience leading sales teams.


• In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, market trends, and renewable energy solutions.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize performance.


• Proficiency in CRM software.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred:


• Additional experience in the renewable energy sector or clean technology industry.


• Familiarity with solar energy regulations, incentives, and financing options in Pakistan.


• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for sales forecasting and reporting.
