Role Summary

As Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic architect and executional leader responsible for driving the company's marketing vision, growth engine, and brand equity from the Karachi office. You'll lead end-to-end marketing functions — demand generation, performance marketing, brand development, product marketing, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle optimization.

This role demands a proven leader who can blend data, creativity, and operational excellence to drive scalable results. You must be able to build, lead, and grow a world-class team while collaborating closely with executive leadership in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define and execute a global-to-local marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels with clear KPIs aligned to revenue, retention, and market penetration.
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation programs that feed into sales pipelines and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Establish and own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI tracking across all campaigns and platforms.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Lead growth strategies using SEO/SEM, paid media, social, influencer, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Manage high-budget digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, optimizing for conversions and ROAS.
  • Leverage data and attribution modeling to assess channel performance and refine funnel strategies.

Web & eCommerce Oversight

  • Oversee the Shopify storefront (mandatory experience) and company WordPress site — ensuring fast, conversion-optimized, SEO-rich performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers on continuous A/B testing, CRO, landing page development, and mobile-first experience.

Email & CRM Automation

  • Design and execute full-funnel email campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo — including automation, segmentation, and nurture tracks.
  • Ensure full integration of marketing campaigns with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to align with sales activities and measure lifecycle performance.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Google Data Studio, GA4, and HubSpot for full-funnel visibility and reporting.
  • Implement closed-loop reporting systems to measure LTV, CAC, churn, and engagement across segments.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, performance marketers, designers, and analysts.
  • Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and learning. Provide strategic direction and daily execution guidance.
  • Work cross-functionally with U.S. stakeholders in product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment.

Brand & Content Development

  • Champion the company's brand voice and narrative — overseeing thought leadership, storytelling, and outbound content.
  • Lead the production of brochures, pitch decks, whitepapers, video content, and case studies.
  • Implement social strategies that build community, credibility, and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred from a top-tier university.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–12 years in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand leadership — at least 3+ years in a senior management role. Must have managed teams of 5+ and delivered tangible business outcomes.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or eCommerce (Shopify) strongly preferred.
  • Global/Remote Collaboration Experience: Prior work with U.S. or international stakeholders is essential.

Technical Proficiency

  • Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and ability to tie marketing activities to business goals.
  • Strong leadership presence; capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and mentoring high-potential teams.
  • Data-obsessed and conversion-driven — constantly looking to improve outcomes with experimentation and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Confident presenting to U.S. executive leadership.
