Position Summary

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven leader to spearhead Tajsol, our cutting-edge solar energy division. As the Business Head – Solar Division, successful individual will take full ownership of the business vertical, steering its growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This strategic leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic vision, execution, and profitability of Tajsol's Solar Division, driving sustainable growth and market leadership.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging markets and innovative opportunities within the solar energy sector.
• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring delivery excellence with a strong focus on technical integrity and financial performance.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships while ensuring full regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators to align with business objectives.
• Serve as the division's ambassador in industry forums, client meetings, and executive board discussions, strengthening Tajsol's brand and influence.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PEC registered); marketing degree or certification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, technologies, and regulatory frameworks in the solar sector.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
