Position: Business Account Manager
Location: Islamabad - North
Reporting to: Regional Business Head - Corporate Services
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- To retain, service, and grow large & SME accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned regional sales & service targets
- Coordinate with regional & HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases & customer complaints
- Provide monthly invoices to the tagged portfolio & manage billing collection
- Identify problems timely and manage customer service establishments to generate new referrals
- Ensure revenue assurance as per management targets
- Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management
- Manage gross adds in existing base for voice, mobile data, and ESS solutions
- Seek new business ventures
- Develop customized solutions for the corporate sector
- Ensure clearance of outstanding amounts from existing customers
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Explore and drive new growth avenues through existing clients
- Manage prevention, retention, and churn for the assigned portfolio
- Meet churn targets
- Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and coordinate with HQ product & channel teams
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant domain
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Skills – Generic:
