Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Essential Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Desirable Qualifications
- FMCG Sector Experience: Experience in managing large retail or wholesale accounts in the FMCG industry.
