Job Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect will be a key technical leader responsible for defining technology strategies, innovation, and overseeing the implementation of complex client and internal solutions. This role combines elements of security design and cloud architecture, with specialization in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The position requires a high degree of interaction with client stakeholders and will work closely alongside the Client Partner Executive, helping provide strategic direction, development, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Analyze technical requirements with clients and the Client Partner Executive to evaluate and architect technology solutions.
  • Work with the Client Partner Executive to create detailed cost justifications for complex solutions.
  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
  • Design and maintain Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based SaaS applications.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for evaluation.
  • Act as a high-level escalation point for enterprise client environments.
  • Develop architecture frameworks and security protocols for cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure standards are maintained for client environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, processes, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Client Partner Executives, including Business and IT management.
  • Educate, enable, and assist with understanding and implementing new technology investments or changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams regionally.
Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 15 years of relevant technical experience, with 5+ years in a senior role.
  • Experience in implementing security architectures across on-premises and cloud (Azure).
  • Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and MSP toolsets.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Azure AVD, Entra B2B, Okta, and Nerdio.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and identity management.
  • Understanding of Data Engineering, Machine Learning frameworks, Prompts, and LLMs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently or in teams.
  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
