The Role
As a Compliance Associate/Officer, you will be a central figure in safeguarding Aetheria's gold-standard compliance. This is a hands-on role within our international compliance team, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and accountability. You'll oversee regulatory frameworks, maintain ISO standards, and ensure our healthcare and social care professionals operate with absolute integrity and alignment to UK legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
- Oversee compliance processes for NHS and Local Council frameworks, Safer Recruitment, and government-mandated checks.
- Conduct and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure robust pre-employment and ongoing compliance for: Social Workers, Support Workers, Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Deliver monthly compliance monitoring reports, identifying risks and improvement actions.
- Provide compliance input into recruitment, interviews, and inductions.
- Partner with senior leaders and clinical leads to support appraisals, CPD, and professional development.
- Promote Aetheria's compliance excellence when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a regulatory compliance role, ideally within health, social care, or public services.
- Track record in maintaining ISO 9001 & 14001.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large workloads and competing priorities.
- Confident communicator in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in compliance software, Microsoft Office, and SaaS tools.
- A fast learner with exceptional attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
- A positive, solutions-focused professional who brings resilience, integrity, and accountability to every task.
