Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Reporting Analyst to support our Contract Management team. This role involves tracking case progress, managing SLAs, improving case management workflows, and producing actionable reports. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, tech-savvy with reporting tools, and have excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support contract managers in handling and tracking cases end-to-end.
  • Monitor and report on SLA compliance and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and improve processes around case intake, triage, tracking, and resolution.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Salesforce (SFDC), Excel (including pivot tables), and Power BI.
  • Maintain case tracking logs and dashboards with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide follow-up support on outstanding items and escalate delays when needed.

Qualifications/Skillset:

  • Minimum Graduation - Bachelors/Masters in relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in case management, contract operations, or a reporting-heavy role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (advanced functions), and Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in EST hours.
