Job Description:

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and ensuring efficient operations within our US warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound Receipt Creation:
    Accurately creating and processing inbound receipts in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Outbound Order Processing:
    Creating, allocating, and processing outbound orders in the WMS.
  • Documentation Maintenance:
    Maintaining records of inbound and outbound supporting documentation within the WMS.
  • Client and Staff Communication:
    Effectively communicating with clients and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operational Support:
    Providing support for ongoing operations to maintain high standards of efficiency.
  • Revenue Calculation and Posting:
    Calculating revenue and posting it accurately in our ERP system.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and revenue calculation
