Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager-Sales (Real Estate), you will be responsible for selling property units, visiting clients, understanding their requirements, and providing demonstrations to close deals. You will communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience at by offering a simple and seamless process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brief clients thoroughly about relevant property units.
  • Provide demonstrations, conduct site visits, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving requirements.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passion for sales. Focus on excellence and customer service, aligned with our core values.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
