We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at The role requires leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring team performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Provide sales presentations, pitches, and follow-ups to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to align business strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
