Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales, located in Lahore District. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with power electronics products and industry trends
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the power electronics industry is an advantage
