Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional real estate investment advisory services, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering tailored property investment solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Pakistan's real estate market, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities aligned with their financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Conduct market research and analyze current and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Develop customized investment strategies and proposals.
  • Stay updated with property laws, taxation policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective advisory services.
  • Prepare and deliver investment presentations, reports, and updates for clients.
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team growth and development.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to align strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in real estate investment advisory, wealth management, or financial consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of Islamabad and Pakistan's real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
